  • Any contract for the supply of Food Delivery from this Website is between you and 3rddhaba.com
  • 3rddhaba.com is an order taking and delivery service. All orders taken are immediately passed on to the participating restaurant.
  • 3rddhaba.com does not accept any offers or coupons promoted by the participating restaurants.
  • 3rddhaba.com will co-ordinate with the participating restaurant, who will prepare your order, and aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order; to deliver within the time confirmed by our call centre operator while placing the order to inform you if they expect that they are unable to meet the estimated delivery time.
  • 3rddhaba.com doesn't take any responsibility for the quality of the product given by the retailer. We do not test the retailer's products each time and hence can't be held responsible for failings in the quality of the product.
  • All orders are delivered by a 3rddhaba representative courier. We and the Participating Restaurant will make every effort to deliver within the time stated, If the Goods are not delivered within the estimated delivery time quoted by us, please contact our customer care first and we will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
  • All deliveries will be made through a window system with the orders being batched for delivery in several trips
  • The delivery timings of your order will be confirmed by a 3rddhaba Operator as soon as you have placed your order
  • No minimum order required for delivery
  • In case of a late delivery beyond your satisfaction, our customer care agents are empowered to provide you with cashback or appropriate discounts
  • Participating Restaurants and we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery;
  • Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address
  • All risk in the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
  • If you fail to accept delivery of Food Delivery at the time they are ready for delivery, or we are unable to deliver at the nominated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions, or authorizations, then such goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such goods shall pass to you. Any storage, insurance and other costs which we incur as a result of the inability to deliver shall be your responsibility and you shall indemnify us in full for such cost.
  • You must ensure that at the time of delivery of Food Delivery and/or Goods adequate arrangements, including access where necessary, are in place for the safe delivery of such goods. We cannot be held liable for any damage, cost or expense incurred to such goods or premises where this arises as a result of a failure to provide adequate access or arrangements for delivery.
  • You must notify us immediately within 15 minutes if you decide to cancel your order, preferably by phone, and quote your order number. If the restaurant refuses cancellation, e.g. because preparation of Food Delivery has been completed and/or delivery personnel has already been dispatched, it may not be cancelled.
  • We may cancel a contract if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case.
  • In the unlikely event that the Participating Restaurant packs a wrong item, you have the right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and you shall be fully refunded for the missing item. If the Participating Restaurant can only do a partial packaging (a few items might be not available), our team will inform you or propose a replacement for missing items. You have the right to refund of the missing item for a partial order after delivery.

    Start by selecting your city and circle on the top of the page. This allows the website to show you items available in you area. Once you've selected your circle, you can browse through the restaurants listed. Add the items you wish to order to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions on the screen.   3. What information will I have to give?

    The least information you have to give us is your mobile number so that we can call you back to confirm your order. All transactions and acknowledgements are sent through e mail,hence your email id is important to us.We might also need your address so that when you place an order, we can deliver accordingly.

  4. PAYMENTS: How do I pay?

    Currently we accept only Cash on Delivery

  5. DELIVERY: What Circles do you deliver?

    .A Circle is an area ofapporoximately 2 kms radius around a Major Residential campus. Also please note that we are expanding fast to as many residential campuses. So keep coming back to check for new circles.

  6. DELIVERY: What is the delivery time?

    We love our delivery boys and we ensure that they drive safe and stay accident free. We ask them to drive defensively and not aggressively. Hence delivery time we commit may vary due various reasons. However, going by past experience, most orders take 90-120 minutes to fulfil a 20km distance from the food outlet, except on Wednesday and Friday nights.
